Now in our 4th year, we’re excited to see the huge range of businesses which will be entering to win the prestigious Made In Bury Business Awards 2016, organised in conjunction with thebestofbury, Bury Council and Tower FM.
The Made In Bury Business Awards (MIBBAs) champion businesses in the borough of Bury, celebrating their achievements along with their commitment to making Bury a fantastic place to live and work.
Businesses can enter themselves, or if you have a business in mind which you think would be worthy of an award, you can nominate them by simply visiting the entry page on our website. There are 18 categories in total, so your business is bound to find a place in one of them!
The judging panel will be made up from a selection of high-profile local businesses, who have years of experience in their industries and are firmly rooted within the community.
Entry into the awards is completely free of charge, no matter the size of your business, or what sector you operate in. Businesses can be entered into as many categories as they wish, however entries close on 10th July, after which candidates will be whittled down into a shortlist by the judges.
The shortlisted companies will be invited to a “meet and greet” with the judges on 14th October, which is not only a fantastic day and your opportunity to check out the competition, it’s a great networking opportunity too!
Once the finalists have been announced, businesses will be invited to a glittering black tie ball on 1st December, which will be held at The Longfield Suite in Prestwich. Once the winners have been presented with their awards, attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy a fabulous dinner and dance in order to celebrate the success of our borough’s diverse community.
