Due to the disruption all businesses have experienced during the Covid 19 pandemic, the 2021 MIBBA’s are cancelled.
We believe that the primary objective for business owners is to focus on the future, re-establishing their businesses and building back better and not looking back at the last 12 months of madness.
The MIBBA’s is the highlight of the year for the Bury business community and is also the ‘ultimate party night’ for everyone attending the awards ceremony. So, on a positive note, 2022 will be the 10th anniversary of the MIBBA’s and we intend to celebrate this milestone by doing something special and believe that businesses will be in a strong position, ready and eager to once again, celebrate their successes.

“This is now the biggest business awards ceremony of any metropolitan borough in Greater Manchester, and a great showcase for the phenomenal wealth of talent and business acumen we have in our borough. Enterprise is vital to grow our economy, provide jobs and make Bury a wonderful place in which to live and work. At the council, we will do all we can to support local businesses and make Bury thrive. My congratulations go not just to the winners but to all those companies large and small who make such a valuable contribution to our borough. My thanks go to everyone involved in making this event such a triumph – council staff, our partners at thebestofbury, and at Tower FM.”
Dorothy Gunther - The Mayor of Bury.
