Made in Bury would like to thank Cranswick Continental Foods for sponsoring the Excellence in Developing People Award. Cranswick first got involved with the MIBBAs in 2019 and they sponsored the Best in Class Large Business Award which was scooped up by the worthy winners ISM Waste & Recycling.

We would like to give a special thank you to Jenny Aspray for sitting on our judging panel this year. Jenny is the HR manager at Cranswick and joined the business at the beginning of 2020.

Cranswick are one of the largest and leading food producers in Britain. They are passionate about producing the best quality food and are one of the most responsible food producers.

Over the years, the business has expanded and now manufactures and produces Olives & Antipasti, Continental Charcuterie, Cooked Meats, Pizza Toppings, Platters & Selections, Pate, Fresh Pasta & Gnocchi. These products are supplied to major retailers and foodservice chains. The new state of the art factory in Bury employs 550 people and is where all of these wonderful foods are brought together for the UK consumer to enjoy.
