This week’s winner in the Made in Bury Weekly £2000 is Louise Montana with lucky ticket number 20509. Congratulations.

Louise has been in the draw since the beginning so a big thank you for your support over the years! Bury Council have over 350 tickets across all of their employees and Louise is now their 49^th winner.

When we called Louise with the good news she couldn’t quite believe it, saying that it’s come at a perfect time. Being a member on the Made in Bury Weekly £2000 Draw Facebook group she mentioned that she regularly checks the page to see who’s won… No need this week Louise!

She had completely forgotten it was Wednesday as she usually works Tuesday, but switched her days due to the heatwave, what a lovely surprise.

When Leanne asked what she would do with the money, Louise joked about getting a new fan after the recent temperature, but also said that she is away in Blackpool at the weekend so will be treating her 3 children. We hope you have a fantastic time.

Louise has worked for Bury Council for 17 years and moved to the pension department 11 years ago. Although Bury Council have had a lot of winners, she is the first in her department to join the Winning Wednesday club!
