It’s Winning Wednesday and this weeks winner of the Made in Bury Weekly £2000 Draw is Sally Bailey, from All Saints' Church of England Primary School, Whitefield, with ticket number 20203! Congratulations!
Sally is the school Business Manager and ensures the smooth running of the school office, day to day finances, attendance and many other aspects of school administration. She has been part of the school for 27 years, originally starting as a parent helper when her son attended aged 3! She has also been part of the Parent Teacher Association, a Parent Governor and she's now been in her current role for 23 years! Wow!
What's even more exciting is that Sally says she's spending her winnings on a mini break away this coming half-term, and supporting with her eldest sons wedding later this year.
All Saints' Church of England Primary school has had great success over the years with winning the Weekly £2,000 Draw! In 2018, Headteacher, Mrs Branch won, then in November 2022 Mrs Yates won the £2,000! That's amazing!
We let Sally know the great news over the phone, and went to visit her at school to hand over the HUGE £2,000 cheque!
The Made in Bury Weekly £2,000 Draw is a not-for-profit initiative with funds raised from the draw supporting start-up businesses in Bury with training and interest free loans. There are only 2,400 tickets available and for just £2 per ticket per week, you have a chance to WIN £2,000 every Wednesday.
