Today we had the pleasure of contacting Weekly Draw ticket holder, Mark, to let him know that he was this week's winner of our £2000 prize. Mark was extremely happy to hear the news that he had won saying "I'm over the moon!"

Mark has held a Weekly £2000 Draw ticket since June 2022. "I joined the Made In Bury Weekly £2000 Draw to because I saw a few of my colleagues had won so I wanted to be in with a chance too. The fact my ticket also helps local businesses is great!" 

Mark has worked for Six Town Housing for just over 2 years and is a Gardner within the 'Voids Team'. 

When asked what he would be spending his winnings on, Mark said, "On Saturday I booked a visit to Thailand so the £2000 will go towards that". This will be Marks third visit to Thailand, with his most recent visit being in March 2023 to visit his girlfriend who lives there.
