This week’s winner in the Made in Bury Weekly £2000 Draw is Emma Debono with lucky ticket number 20142. Emma has been in the draw since the very beginning and purchased her ticket via her place of work, BusinessLodge on Barcroft Street in Bury. Emma is now the 5^th winner that they have had so far which is amazing.

With the help of Beckie Powell from BusinessLodge we were able to surprise Emma at Europa House and we picked up a few of the people from the BusinessLodge community to come and watch while we surprised her.

Emma was completely oblivious to people quietly gathering in reception before Leanne said her name and showed her the giant cheque with her name on it. She leaped back and shouted “Shut up!” while everyone then applauded and cheered that she was the winner.

Emma is the Assistant Centre Manager for BusinessLodge and celebrated her 8 year work anniversary in August. She is currently saving up to get a new kitchen and so this will make a massive difference towards that.
