Today we had to contact our winner via Facebook because their phone kept going to voicemail, little did we know that it was for a very important reason!

This weeks winner, Chantelle, has been busy trying to capture a cat in a local tip. Sat poised and waiting with a hard hat, safety boots and a hi-vis vest, Chantelle has a very important role with Kitty Rescue Bury - she is trying to capture a female cat who has recently had kittens. The kittens and their Dad were safely caught over the last week, but Chantelle is still waiting to try and get hold of Mum so she can be reunited with her kittens. We hope she is caught safe and sound soon!

Chantelle runs Kitty Rescue Bury in her spare time, when she's not working as a Support Worker for people with brain injuries.

Kitty Rescue Bury are a small team of volunteers who are dedicated to helping sick, injured, stray and feral cats. Chantelle spends a lot of her time trapping full colonies of cats so she can get them neutered. Their current vet bills amount to £10,000 and after hearing that she was this weeks Weekly £2000 Draw winner, Chantelle has pledged to split her winnings between the charity and a Catio for her cats at home.
