We’ve been giving you hints and whispers of a huge family-fun event which is coming to Bury’s Drill Hall in the next couple of weeks, and now we’re ready to spill the beans!

There’s a huge exhibition coming to town which showcases the best businesses we have in our region. Focused entirely on you and your lifestyle, this event is one not to be missed. Held in the Castle Armoury Drill Hall between 10am and 4pm, it’s a jam-packed day full of fun!

You’ll be able to pick up exclusive on-the-day offers from all types of local businesses, many of whom provide fun products and activities for families. You can see who will be exhibiting by visiting the exhibitor page on our website.

PONIES!

Yes you read that correctly. The Family Pet Show are going to be showcasing miniature ponies, snakes and spiders at the North West Premier Lifestyle Fair, which you and the kids will be able to hold and stroke. This hands-on opportunity will keep the kids happy, entertained and also help to banish any fears of creepy-crawlies!

PRIZES!

We can’t explain HOW amazing our Premier MEGA PRIZE is – it’s worth OVER £1000! Our exhibitors have all contributed to the prize, meaning there’s freebies and offers in there which will appeal to the whole family. To be in with a chance of winning the Premier Mega Prize, you will need to register to attend here.

COMPETITIONS!

We’ve got loads of schools involved with our bake-off, which will be judged by a top cake decorator from the famous Slattery’s Cake Shop. Simply bring along your entry before 12noon to enter! You can find more details here.

We’re also holding a keepy-uppy competition in association with Play Football, which you just need to turn up on the day to play and enter!

Both competitions are open to everybody under 16, so bring the kids along and get involved!

BINGO!

You didn’t think we’d forget about the adults did you? Mecca Bingo will be providing a FREE game of bingo with some huge prizes to be won, so make sure you get there for 1pm to join in with one of their three games!

And if that wasn’t enough fun for you, there will be a huge range of performances in the Community Zones from Dancing to Fencing! You’ll also be able to join in with the nation’s favourite dance-based fitness class – ZUMBA!
