Terms and Conditions
Entering an agreement with Made in Bury Ltd means agreeing to our terms and conditions, to the exclusion of any and all other contractual terms.

Booking

To register a stand or booth at one of our events you can apply via telephone 0161 447 8814, via email to debi@madeinbury.co.uk or via our website: www.nwpremierfair.co.uk
If a stand is available we will notify you that a contract based on these terms and conditions has been formed and that payment is now due.
We reserve the right to refuse your booking should there be a number of other exhibitors already in your category or if we think that the business or service you offer isn’t suitable.
 
Payment

You will be provided with an invoice upon booking and a receipt when payment is made.
All prices quoted are subject to VAT. 
Payment to be made by BACS transfer or Cheque as per details on invoice.
All bookings and ticket purchases are non-transferable, assigned by Made in Bury Limited to one specific company and may not be sold or transferred by you.
The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the event organiser and the venues terms of admission.
Payment is due within 14 days unless the event is less than 14 days when payment is due immediately. All stands must be paid for in advance. 

Cancellation of booking

We are unable to give refunds for cancelations of booths and stands less than 30 days before the event. Any request for a refund must be made in writing to the event organiser.
In the unlikely event that we feel that the expo cannot continue, we will act in the following steps
We will use reasonable endeavours to find a new host venue for the same date
We will try to book the same venue for a new date 
We will try to find a new venue & a new date 
We will cancel the event
For points A, B and C your registration and booth will continue as per the terms and conditions
For point D we will refund your payment in full
 
Photography and video
 
Attendees consent to be included in film and sound recordings of the event and for these recordings to be used by the event organizer for any purpose they see fit. 
 
Data protection

 
We may need to collect and keep personal information about you including your name, address, payment details, telephone number and the names of all ticket allocations. 
We may need to disclose your personal information as required by law or as permitted under the Privacy Act. 
 
 
Marketing and information

 
Details of attendees and all or any information may be used for marketing purposes by Made in Bury Ltd and Fourteen (North West) Ltd.
We do not take any responsibility for emails sent by third parties/affiliates 
We will respect your personal information and undertake to comply with all applicable UK Data Protection legislation currently in force. 
Attendees agree that Made in Bury Ltd and Fourteen (North West) Ltd may contact them by e-mail in order to keep them informed about relevant Services.
Exhibitor and attendee numbers advertise by us are an indication based on our experiences however we cannot guarantee that such numbers will be achieved. 

Housekeeping

Exhibitors should arrive at the venue with sufficient time to complete the set up exhibition stands at least 15 minutes before the published opening time. 
Stands should be manned at all times between the published hours. 
All stands, samples, promotional materials, valuables, waste or other should be removed no more than 1 hour after the published closing time of the event. Any items left behind will be disposed of and subject to a removal charge of £50.
Made in Bury Ltd care for the environment and community. Please be respectful and place any litter in the bins provided around the venue.
 
Access, health and safety
 
If you have any access requirements please inform us at least 14 days before the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate access difficulties where the venue permits.
You must make yourself fully aware of the venues requirements for escape in the event of a fire or other emergency.
All attendees undertake to protect their own health and safety as well that of other attendees.

Liability

Our liability will not exceed the total stand fee paid or payable to us in connection with the event.
All information, opinions or other statements originating from staff, exhibitors, speakers, delegates, visitors or any other person connected with the event is provided in good faith. No guarantee is offered or made regarding the accuracy or any consequences arising and no liability will be accepted.
We reserve the right to decline any order, reservation or booking at any time. Any persons that are suspected or found to be behaving inappropriately may be asked to leave immediately and may be banned from attendance at future events.
We will not offer refunds due to circumstances which are beyond our control such as (but not limited to) security incidents, weather, travel disruption, access, venue change or venue failure.
It is a condition of entry that you submit to a search of person or possessions on entry to the venue if we decide to take such action.
Entry may be refused for attendees to the event at our discretion. 
You acknowledge that neither we nor the venue will be responsible for any loss or damage to the property (including personal property such as bags, money or other personal items) brought to or purchased at the event by you or your invitees.
You will be liable for any injury, loss or damage caused at the event by you.
There will be no refund on any unused portion of tickets if you or your invitees are asked or forced to leave or if you decide not to attend any part of the event.
If any provision in the Terms and Conditions, whether in full or in part, is held to be invalid the offending clause shall be removed and the other clauses shall remain
The terms and conditions shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
You are responsible for the behaviour and actions of you, your staff and your representatives whilst at the event. 
We accept no liability for any indirect losses
Attendees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
