2013 was a big year for contemporary cafe bar Cuckoo.
Located on Bury New Road, Cuckoo only opened in 2013 and already managed to win the Start-up Business category at the Made in Bury Business Awards, all in one year!
The success of this cafe bar comes as no surprise to those who vacate it regularly. With it's modern interior, homemade food and a large selection of beverages, Cuckoo is a homely and fun place to spend the evening.
As well as a great place to relax, Cuckoo plays host to some great, entertaining events including a whiskey tasting evening and 'Cuckoo Calling'; a monthly open-mic night for musicians, singers, poets and comedians.

The whiskey tasting evening is hosted by those from the Whiskey Shop in St Annes Square, Manchester. It has been a huge success already, the last one sold out!
This cafe bar, set over two floors and with a 110 people capacity, has a lot to offer. Bottle craft ales, cocktails, as well as cake and great tasting food are available in a relaxed, modern and friendly environment.
