The lucky winner of the Made in Bury £2,000 Weekly draw is Mike Connolly, ex Leader of Bury Council and Mayor of Bury with ticket number 21159. Mike, proudly Bury born and Bred, bought his ticket back in November 2018 and loves to support new business start-ups in our Borough.

Mike is now happily retired and in normal circumstances can often be seen out and about in Bury with his partner Ian, supporting our Town Centres Famous Market and many local eateries.

Keen travellers, Mike and Ian will be putting their winnings towards a cheeky week’s holiday to possibly Benidorm when restrictions are lifted.

The Made in Bury Weekly £2,000 Draw is a not-for-profit initiative that raises money to pay for the training and mentoring of start-up businesses in Bury and Interest free loans. If you would like to enter, tickets are just £2 a week. There are only 2,400 tickets available, so the odds of winning are great. The draw is open to anyone that owns or works for a business in Bury, plus friends and family.

The Made in Bury Weekly £2,000 Draw is a not-for-profit initiative and costs just £2 a week to enter. The funds raised from the draw go towards supporting start-up businesses in Bury. There are only 2,400 tickets available and for just £2 per ticket per week, you have a chance to WIN £2,000 every Wednesday.

If you would like to sign up for the draw just follow these simple steps:

1.     Email weeklydraw@madeinbury.co.uk (saying how many tickets you’d like)

2.     Wait for your number/s to be issued along with details on how to set up a standing order via your online banking.

3.     Set up your standing order, cross your fingers then wait for the Winning Wednesday call!
