With the sun shining Leanne was able to go down and surprise Simeon at the World-Famous Market in the heart of Bury and he was overjoyed that he was this week’s winner. He’s supported the draw since the beginning and loves seeing the videos of the winners each week.

Simeon is the latest generation to work in the family business which has been on the outdoor stall at Bury Market since 1946, based at the top of the subway from the main car park. Local business trader Simeon works alongside his father, who at 83, still loves what they do.

The money couldn’t have come at a better time for Simeon as he sadly had his car stolen just before Christmas so the £2000 winnings will go towards a new run around, what a worthy winner.
