This week’s winner is Davenports Business Support Centre! Davenports, who recently opened their new office doors in Bury, offer a wide range of services including accounting, graphic design, printing and web design. Owner, Jason Davenport, also set up Davenports Food Bank to support those in the local area who are really in need of a helping hand.
Charity is extremely important to Jason and he truly cares about the cause of the Made in Bury Weekly £2,000 Draw. He entered on behalf of his business as he was passionate about helping to fund the mentoring of new businesses in Bury. If that wasn’t enough, Jason also has extremely generous plans for the £2,000 winnings! He will be donating £500 to Bury Hospice, £500 to Bury Homeless Project and the remaining £1000 is going to be spent on his staff.
The Made in Bury Weekly £2,000 Draw is a not for profit initiative where all proceeds after prize monies are used to fund coaching and mentoring for new start-up businesses within the borough of Bury.
Tickets for the draw cost just £2 a week and a winner is announced every Wednesday! Anyone that owns or works for a business in Bury, or lives in Bury can enter the draw, including friends and family. So far, a whopping £82,000 has been given away since the launch of the Made in Bury Weekly £2,000 Draw in May 2018. There are still tickets available and the sooner you enter, the higher your chances are of winning!
