So, it’s the first ‘Winning Wednesday’ of September and today’s lucky winner of the Made in Bury Weekly £2000 Draw is Deann Hilton, congratulations!

Deann’s lucky ticket number was 21884. She has been in the draw since June 2020 and has 3 tickets per week. Thank you so much for your ongoing support. Deann emailed in to join the Draw and I bet she’s glad she did!

We caught Deann just in time as she had just finished her shift at work. She works for a local Costcutter in the Bury Borough and has worked for them for the last 2 year.

Deann was 50 in August and was able to get away for a mini break with her friend in Newcastle for a couple of days, but she hasn’t been able to celebrate properly yet. The £2000 is going to go towards a holiday away for her and her Husband for a proper celebration and a long overdue break for them both.

Remember all the proceeds from the Weekly £2000 Draw go back into the Bury Borough to help new start-up businesses with training, mentoring and interest free loans.
