It’s the last Draw of July and today’s lucky winner of the Made in Bury Weekly £2000 Draw is Gemma Lindsay who bought her ticket via Bury Council.

Gemma, with lucky ticket number 20023, has been in the draw since the very beginning, May 2018, and was one of the first people to sign up to the Weekly £2000 Draw. Today’s call was worth the wait, and we would like to thank her for all the support she’s given over the years, we really value it.

With the weather all over the place this week, it was nice to bring a bit of sunshine to the lovely Gemma today. She was completely delighted that we had made her day telling us that she never wins anything and felt like crying she was that emotional about the win.

Gemma who has worked for Bury Council since 1999 and works in Children’s Services in the Workforce Development Team. She is one of over 400 tickets that Bury Council have, and their 38th winner since the draw started. It’s amazing to have their support!

Gemma told Leanne that she’s going to spend the money on doing a few things to the house. Also her and the family are going away for a few days so this will go towards some fun things while they’re away and finally she wants to use some of the money to get her son some driving lessons.
