The winner of the Made in Bury Weekly £2000 Draw is Bernadette Burton with ticket number 20831. Bernadette purchased her ticket through Red Tiger Karate. Congratulations from us all.

We found out that Bernadette is a one-to-one carer in the day, so we couldn’t surprise her in person with the giant cheque and so had to call to let her know the good news. We called Bernadette a couple of times before she answered as her phone was on silent. When she answered Leanne asked her why she might have phoned her, and she was confused about the call until Leanne said that she was part of the Made in Bury weekly £2000 Draw! The penny dropped and she was so excited that she was the winner.

Bernadette has been part of Red Tiger Karate for over 10 years and is a 2^nd Dan Black Belt and a Branch Instructor. We like to ask every Wednesday Winner what they will spend the £2000 on, Bernadette said that her son would love to go skiing and so the money will go towards making that wish would come true for all the family.
