Cath did phenomenally well to get to the top three finalists and clearly showed fantastic business achievements and inspiring leadership skills to the judges. 

When presenting to the judges at the Meet and Greets back in October, Cath demonstrated her brilliant teambuilding skills and just how much Carriages Hair and Beauty has grown: winning the 'Team of the Year' award at the English Hair and Beauty Awards 2018 and the 'Best Hair and Beauty Spa' award at the LUX Hotel and Spa Awards, Greater Manchester 2018! These awards, including the Made In Bury one she won, are a huge achievement and credit for everything Cath has done to help Carriages truly blossom.

Cath has a passion for enhancing each, individual member of staff's skill sets...a strong team who all work together is essential to a business' growth! Cath holds regular 1-2-1's and team meetings to ensure that everyone at Carriages feels they are working in an environment where they can thrive and develop personally.
