Now in the eighth year, the Made in Bury Business Awards are presented by Made in Bury, in partnership with Bury Council and thebestofbury.

The MIBBA's are all about acknowledging the achievements of our outstanding local businesses and in particularly this year, their achievements during challenging times. No doubt, the lasting legacy of Covid-19 on our business community will be significant, however, let’s not underestimate the great work that has been done by so many here in Bury

Applications for this year’s awards opened in June and since the middle of September our Judges have had the very difficult job of selecting the top 3 in each category.

With the competition getting tougher each year, the judges faced the difficult task of selecting which businesses would go through as finalists in each of the 21 categories as entries were judged this year purely on their written entry form rather than applicants being able to present to our judges in person at a Meet & Greet session as in previous years.

For 2020 the MIBBA’s have introduced a very special additional award, sponsored and presented by Bury Council, it’s the ‘Triumph over Adversity Award’ which will be the final award announced during the online awards ceremony on the 26th November.

Congratulations to the 2020 Finalists:
