Whether you’re a business looking for the opportunity to shout about your success or you’re a customer who knows of a business that should – we want to know!
The Made in Bury Business Awards are in their 4th year, recognised by businesses and consumers alike as a voice of authority in the community. Businesses of all sizes can enter, whether they’re relatively new or well-established in the area, and there are 18 categories available. But quick, entries close on 10th July!
Last year’s winners included AFG LAW, Bury Black Pudding Company, The Eagle & Child and Carriages Hair & Beauty, amongst other fantastic businesses within the Bury community.
If you would like to nominate a business:
Simply follow this link and fill in the form, it only takes two minutes! All we need are your own details, the name of the business you are nominating, and why you want to nominate them – we’ll do the rest!
So whether you’ve received great customer service, think they have the most innovative products, or they have a hugely positive impact on the community, your nomination might just give them that push to enter!
If you would like to enter your business
It couldn’t be easier! Just follow this link and take a look through the different categories to see which you’d like to enter. There’s no limit on the amount of categories you enter, though we do suggest that you fill in your entry forms very carefully and ensure they are relevant to each category.
Entry to the Made in Bury Business Awards is absolutely free, all it takes is the time to fill in your form to the best of your ability. This is an opportunity to really let your passion for the business shine through, and highlight any activities you do which don’t get the recognition they deserve. Once you’ve filled in your entry, simply upload it to the site or send it via email to debi@madeinbury.co.uk.
What happens after you enter?
Your entries are sent off to our judging panel, who will then score them using a points-based system. The highest-scoring businesses will make it onto the shortlist, and they will then have a meet and greet with the judges. The meet and greet is an opportunity to present your business to the judging panel in person, and the finalists will be announced shortly after.
The awards then culminate in a glittering black-tie ball held at the Longfield Suite in Prestwich, where the winners are announced and plenty of celebrations are had!
