Will you be entering the MIBBA’s?
The Made in Bury Business Awards are now in their fifth year! This year, the entries open on May 2nd and when you think about it, it’s not long to wait at all. We’re so excited for the awards process to begin! We’ve made lots of changes and can’t wait to share some new categories with you but more on that later…
Now, it wouldn’t be the Made in Bury Business Awards (MIBBA’s), without a spotlight on our sponsors and this week it’s AFG LAW.
Did you know that they run weekly drop-in legal clinics at their Bolton office? Every Wednesday evening between 5 pm and 6 pm people can come along and speak to a solicitor about family, criminal, civil and property law issues. They also have an IFA from AFG Financial Planning on hand if you have any pension or financial matters to discuss. There’s no need to book either, just drop into AFG LAW's office on Mawdlsey Street, Bolton. AFG LAW also offer a free legal clinic for grandparents on the 4th Tuesday of the month at their Bury office 10-12noon.

Emma joined AFG LAW in November 2007. She qualified as a fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in June 2008 and subsequently qualified as a solicitor in April 2011. She specialises in representing parents and grandparents in care proceedings and working with victims of domestic violence.
Carl joined AFG LAW in June 1996 and commenced studying for the legal executive qualification. Working within the residential property department, Carl predominantly acts on behalf of clients in the sale and purchase of domestic properties, remortgages, and equity release transactions.
We were ecstatic when they entered the Made in Bury Business Awards in 2013 and since then have become the proud owners of THE AFG LAW PROPERTY & CONSTRUCTION AWARD.
