The Backing Young Bury Award recognises businesses and individuals that provide working opportunities for young people under the age of 24 by demonstrating an outstanding level of commitment and dedication through training and development.

Jonathan Staples, a director at Horsfield & Smith, presented this prestigious award to our well-deserved winners Evolve Military College who also won this award in 2018.

A special thanks to one of our judges Jane Hawarden, the marketing manager at Horsfield & Smith, as this year saw an exceptionally high caliber of entries making it a tough challenge for our judges.
