Bury Council have been our headline sponsor for the MIBBA’s since the very beginning of our journey in 2013. Here at Made in Bury, we work in close partnership with Bury Council to identify the best businesses in Bury and celebrate their achievements at our annual black-tie dinner event.  

Bury Council are also proud sponsors of The Outstanding Achievement Award which is presented to an exceptional business here in Bury. At last year's awards ceremony in November, David Jones, Leader of Bury Council, presented the award to the well-deserved winners The Bury Black Pudding Company. Councillor David Jones was appointed the leader of Bury Council in 2019 and we would like to say a special thank you for his time and dedication sitting on our judging panel.

We would also like to thank Mayor Councillor Trevor Holt who presented The Longden & Cook Excellence in Developing People Award to the winners AFG LAW.
