AspinFM are a local, family run, Facilities Management company. With over 70 years of combined industry experience, we take pride in our ability to deliver a bespoke, tailored service, conducted by highly trained staff, all with transparent pricing.

Facilities management is a lot more complex than it may seem at first and we are extremely passionate about using our knowledge, along with our tried
and tested systems, to ensure that our clients receive a seamless and simple service, allowing them to focus on what counts- growing and running their respective businesses.

THE ASPINFM JOURNEY

Established in 2013, AspinFM started its first contract at an estate agent in Wilmslow, travelling 30 miles in order to offer the service they deserved. That single contract then grew across Manchester and Cheshire. Now we service all of the North West, and we are still growing.

As a family run business, we hold onto family values and see AspinFM and its employees as part of that family. We look after both our clients and our employees to ensure the smoothest service for you.

We are dedicated to reducing our carbon footprint. Our aim is to not only look green but be green! By using eco-friendly concentrated chemicals and cordless electrical equipment, our carbon footprint is always reducing and we hope to be carbon free in the near future.

Attendance and punctuality is key.

Our attendance tracking system means we can observe our employees from a far; giving you peace of mind, employees ease of access to timetables and allows us to keep an eye on the safety of employees which may be working alone.

We do not want to throw you or our work force into the dark.

Tailored schedules and check sheets are created for you and your site, this helps employees to understand what tasks should be completed and gives you an idea of what is undertaken monthly/weekly/daily on your site.

We take monthly audits.

Our auditing system allows an easy and quick audit to take place with or without you present (your choice). After every audit, a copy will be sent to you, and if any issues arise, a meeting will be conducted with our operative.
